Stress is a plugin which is intended to be used to help stress test Bukkit servers. It allows server owners to create a fake load on their server, which can help mimic real loads, or identify potential issues before they happen. It does not replace proper performance profiling systems (such as Aikar's timings and Luck's spark), nor proper server optimization, but it may be used to check for noticeable differences in performance on different hosts, versions of Minecraft, server software, and configuration.

Information on how to set up the plugin and run various tests can be found on the wiki. You need the permission stress.stress to be able to use the /stress command, and stress.tps to use the /tps (or /stps) command.
